Since 2019, it has run a 10-month program combining coaching, mentoring and access to a coworking space in the heart of Berlin, now welcoming its eighth cohort. Teams receive equity-free funding alongside hands-on training in regulatory affairs, clinical evaluation, product development and go-to-market strategy.

Through its network of 150+ experts, mentors, hospitals and health insurers, it helps startups test and validate their solutions in real healthcare environments, spanning the full spectrum of digital health, from diagnostics to patient engagement and chronic condition management. Backed by the Berlin Senate and the European Union, it is deeply rooted in Berlin's founder community.
