He highlighted the importance of strategic industrial policies, stronger intellectual property frameworks, and investment in research and development. 
Cattani called for a unified European approach to data governance, AI, and regulatory efficiency to attract investment and accelerate innovation. He also stressed the role of public-private collaboration and the transformative potential of standardized health data and algorithms in improving patient outcomes and healthcare system efficiency.
