EIT Health’s participation at Frontiers Health 2024 includes:

• EIT Health Start-Up Growth: Companies supported by the EIT Health Accelerator that have received grant funding will present their innovative healthcare solutions on stage both on an EIT Health-moderated panel on Day 1 October 17th and during the Start-Up and Scale-Up Discovery sessions.
• EIT Health Germany-Switzerland: Hosting the EIT Health Catapult Regional Selection Day, finalists from the German and Swiss region will have the opportunity to present their innovations and receive invaluable feedback from a panel jury of experts. Beyond the recognition, they the finalists will gain access to tailored mentoring sessions and in-kind prizes from from industry leaders such as BioRN, Cap Digital, Medical Valley, Astrazeneca, AWS, Lusiadas Saude and EG Tecnology to further accelerate their development. The most outstanding start-ups will advance to the next stage, where they will compete with other top European start-ups, culminating in the grand final in June 2025.
• EIT Health InnoStars: EIT Health InnoStars and partners will lead a breakout session, highlighting their collaborative initiatives across Italy, Hungary, Poland, and Portugal. This session will provide insights into InnoStars' network, future plans, and opportunities for collaboration. Additionally, InnoStars will participate in the FH24 Innovation Ecosystem Gathering to discuss healthcare innovation with Europe’s leading players.
