After a successful run leading healthcare data companies in the private sector, I joined the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) in 2018. As CEO, I’ve helped guide both the organization and the broader digital health industry through pivotal moments—most notably the COVID-19 pandemic. Because of that work, we launched our affiliated advocacy arm, ATA Action, and our Advisory Group on Enhancing Access to Telehealth. Most recently, I oversaw the acquisition of the Digital Therapeutics Alliance, the leading organization focused on advancing clinically evaluation and evidence-based software to treat, manage, and prevent a broad spectrum of diseases and disorders. Together, the combined organizations represent several hundred providers, health systems, payers, solution providers and pharma/life sciences companies. Together, we are the voice for advocacy, policy and advancement in digital health, ensuring that these modalities are a permanent component in the healthcare system.
