Alberta Spreafico is a global health innovation pioneer with 15 years of experience advancing digital health policy and systemic innovation strategies. She has co-founded and led international development programmes integrating digital technologies across health systems in both high- and low-income settings, contributing to NASA’s Benefits to Humanity programme and UN expert initiatives. As SVP of Health Innovation at EVERSANA, she drives end-to-end innovation — from co-ideation and development to commercialization and system readiness. A TEDx speaker on enhancing access to quality care worldwide, she serves on the EHDS HealthData@EU Board and advices the American Telemedicine Association (former Digital Therapeutics Alliance) on digital health policy in Europe. Working at the intersection of research, policy, and practice, she is also an Academic Fellow in the Government, Health and Not for Profit Division at SDA Bocconi School of Management and Adjunct Professor of Policy and Economics at the University of Pavia.
