Co-founder of NORA & Initiator of the Nordic Charter for Women’s Health 2040
Jeanette Kæseler is a certified futurist and innovation leader dedicated to closing the women’s health gap. With a background in political science and futures studies, she has advised government ministries and S&P 500 companies on strategic foresight at the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies. Inspired by her own experiences of gaps in healthcare, Jeanette initiated the Nordic Charter for Women’s Health 2040, a vision co-authored by 136 experts to make women’s health a foundation of future resilient and equitable societies. She recently co-founded NORA, a nonprofit platform established to turn this vision into action. NORA mobilises catalytic funding and cross-sector collaboration across the Nordic countries to advance research and systemic change in women’s health. Jeanette has spoken internationally, from SXSW and the World Health Organization to the Danish Parliament and the Nordic Council of Ministers. At Frontiers Health, she will share how the Nordic countries are coordinating systemic change to close the women’s health gap and working to establish a global benchmark for gender-equitable health systems.
