Thanks to a collaboration with our Asia Ambassador, Tony Estrella, we are excited to bring you the ‘Digital Health Asia’ track that shares the landscape, opportunities, and case studies for the transformation of healthcare within this region of 4.4 billion people.
In this track, Tony will provide an overall landscape of Asia based on his experiences including leading Health Innovation for MetLife / LumenLab in Asia and partnering with the founding teams of startups including CXA Group, Savonix, BioFourmis and hi.health through his company Taliossa.
The session will include the following panels:
- Pharma partnerships in Asia: The pharma industry is a key stakeholder for enabling scalable digital health solutions globally. Find out the similarities and differences for partnership structures in countries with a billion+ people: China and India;
- The Insurance dilemma: With a vastly different insurance sector in Asia as compared to the West, find out how innovators collaborate to bring new digital health solutions across the insurance value chain;
- Tech Giants and new health models in Asia: Who are the tech behemoths that are influencing digital health adoption and scale with consumers? What does this mean for providers and traditional care models? This panel will explore the influence of tech giants like Tencent I’m China and and Grab in Southeast Asia and how they shape new approaches to health.
