Liva Healthcare expands hybrid chronic care model with acquisition of Diaetisthuset
Liva Healthcare has acquired Diætisthuset, Denmark’s largest private network of dietitians. The acquisition strengthens Liva’s hybrid approach, which combines digital health tools with human coaching, and expands its expertise in nutrition-based support for chronic conditions.
Liva’s commitment to hybrid innovation was previously showcased in 2018, when co-founder and then-CEO Kristoffer From presented the company’s approach to chronic disease management during the Start-Up Discovery session at Frontiers Health in Berlin.
