Yvonne Chan

Founder, President & CEO, Santé Circle Health
Yvonne Chan founded Santé Circle Health to help people return to their daily lives after an illness or injury. As an industry expert in disability management and prevention, she’s committed to transforming traditional approaches to recovery through earlier intervention, personalized support and empowering individuals through their recovery journey. Inspired by her own personal disability and recovery journey, Yvonne advocates for a more human-centred model that helps people achieve meaningful outcomes at work, at home and in their communities while creating better results for the organizations that support them. This model helps plan members recover with greater confidence and purpose while enabling plan sponsors to improve return-to-work outcomes, reduce disability durations and enhance the overall effectiveness of their health and disability programs. With degrees in healthcare from Queen's University and an MBA from Ivey Business School, Yvonne has been recognized for her leadership and expertise by Queen’s University, ACCE, EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Program and Top 25 Women of Influence+ award. She’s also received the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2025 Ontario. Yvonne has been a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) since 2013, holding key roles including Toronto Chapter Chair and representing Canada through YPO’s Global Healthcare Business Network. In 2026, Santé Circle Health was acquired by Canada Life, reflecting a shared commitment to improving recovery outcomes and helping people return to work and daily life with confidence.
