Steven Vandeput has an engineering background with 20y experience in digital health ranging from R&D, business development, tech transfer and innovation management to advocacy and public affairs. The latter he is using the last 6y in his role of advisor digital medtech at beMedTech, the sector federation representing the medtech industry in Belgium towards policy makers. He is also the coordinator of the mHealthBelgium portal. Since 2024, he became Governmental Affairs Manager, discussing medtech dossiers on the highest level with all healthcare stakeholders in Belgium, mainly authorities, insurers and politics.
