Sohaib Hamza is Global Operations Lead at Axios International, where he leads the design and implementation of patient access initiatives and sustainable access models across diverse healthcare systems and markets. A pharmacist by background, his work focuses on translating access strategies into real-world patient impact, with experience spanning patient access, program design, operational implementation, and cross-sector stakeholder engagement. Through the use of program data and patient journey insights, Sohaib’s work focuses on identifying gaps between access policy and real-world implementation and developing scalable, sustainable models that improve access to medicines and continuity of care. His experience across emerging markets provides a practical perspective on how access models can evolve alongside reimbursement pathways and changing healthcare systems. Sohaib is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is currently pursuing an MSc in International Public Health at Liverpool John Moores University.
