Sebastian Honoré is Founder and CEO of the Cure Lowe Foundation and Managing Director of Walther Therapeutics, a Copenhagen-based gene therapy company developing WTX-001 - a kidney-targeted AAV gene therapy for Lowe syndrome and Dent disease type 2. An economist by training, he founded both organisations after his son was diagnosed with Lowe syndrome. His work centres on the foundation-as-sponsor model: building a nonprofit-led path to the clinic for diseases that industry has left behind.
