Pierpaolo Padula is an Investment Manager at Brightlands Venture Partners (BVP), a Dutch venture capital firm where he leads early-stage HealthTech and MedTech investments and helps shape BVP’s next-generation healthcare fund. Before joining BVP, Pierpaolo worked across corporate innovation, consulting, and venture capital. He began his career at Baxter Healthcare, where he co-authored over five patents and advanced several innovation partnerships, then moved into early-stage investing with Seedlink SL, focusing on digital health ventures. He later joined Board of Innovation as Principal Consultant and CRB Health Tech, where he helped establish a new digital health fund. Based in Luxembourg, he holds an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
