Nicolas Grélaud is a senior pharmaceutical executive with 20 years of experience across market research, commercial operations, affiliate management, life cycle management and general management.
Since January 2026, he has served as Board Member and Treasurer of Synerg-ID, a non-profit consortium of public and private stakeholders backed by ANRS-MIE (Inserm) and chaired by Prof. Brigitte Autran. Synerg-ID is building a national platform to interconnect and leverage infectious disease data. Nicolas took part in the creation of the organisation and brings to its operational board his experience in health data governance, including four authorisations obtained from French Data Privacy Commission for specialised data warehouses.
He is General Manager & Partner of OpenHealth Company, the Innovation & Data subsidiary of AGIR à dom Group and a French leader in healthcare data analytics, where he is P&L owner and leads a team of 25. He joined the company in 2016, became Chief Operating Officer in 2019 and contributed to its successful exit in 2022. A recognised expert in consumer health, food supplements and the pharmacy channel, he is a regular speaker at industry congresses.
He previously spent nearly ten years at Stallergenes, as Market Research & Strategy Director, then as General Manager in Turkey, where he set up the subsidiary, secured the country's first allergen immunotherapy licence and expanded into Azerbaijan, Georgia and Cyprus, and finally as Global Products Life Cycle Director. He also held assignments in Italy and Portugal.
Nicolas is an Independent Board Member of Dipeeo, a French leader in GDPR and AI Act compliance. He holds a Master's degree from Sciences Po Paris and speaks French, English and Italian.
