Nicola Pangher is Founder and Managing Director of Cognisance Healthcare Consulting, which advises investors, operators and the NHS on healthcare infrastructure, medical equipment planning and digital health. Over two decades at TBS Group he helped grow the company from €12 million to €250 million in revenue across 19 countries. That growth came through 18 acquisitions and an IPO, and ended with the sale to Permira in 2017. He chairs the YPO Healthcare Business Network, which has around 3,000 healthcare owners, investors and executives worldwide. He holds a PhD in Physics from TU Berlin.
