Michele Osella, PhD, is Head of Innovation at Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, where he leads a multidisciplinary team driving strategic innovation initiatives spanning ecosystem development, international positioning and talent attraction, and venture creation and growth. In the educational sphere, Michele is Adjunct Professor of Innovation Management at the University of Torino and serves as Adjunct Professor and Independent Innovation Advisor at the ITC-ILO, part of the United Nations system.
