Maciej is an experienced specialist in the fi eld of digital health. From the beginning of 2021, he decided to develop his own project of a modern Doctor.One medical communicator. For years, after hours Maciej was the President of the Children's Hospital Innovators Club Foundation, which supports the implementation of modern solutions in children's hospitals throughout Poland. Since 2018, he has been teaching at the Kozminski University, where he specializes in technology and digital transformation. During his professional career, he was associated with one of the biggest Polish startups - Infermedica, where he was responsible for building strategic business partnerships and supporting product development. In the years 2017-2019, as the Director of Innovation, he co-created and ran the department - "Health Innovators by Medicover” for one of the biggest medical private insurers in the CEE region. As part of his work, he focused on monitoring, piloting and implementing modern solutions in the fi eld of health protection, prevention and improvement effectiveness of treatment and management of medical facilities. At the beginning of his career, he worked at IBM, where, among others, was responsible for sales and implementation of IBM solutions Watson in Poland and the Baltic countries. He participated in the e-Health project and consulted many medical units in the area of improving the quality of medical documentation, interoperability and care coordination. A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard Medical School, he majored in Poznań University of Technology and the Warsaw University of Technology, where he completed Automation and Robotics courses. Promoter of innovative technological solutions, engineer and enthusiast of new technologies. In his private life father of three little boys, and in his free time he is a passionate triathlete and a drummer.
