Kimberly Noel MD MPH, has 13 years experience spanning: life sciences, public health and clinical medicine at the intersection of AI and healthcare. Most recently, in pharma, she has served as the Global Lead of Artificial Intelligence Advocacy and Digital Health at Roche and on the board of the Precision Cancer Consortium. She is the CEO of Human in the Loop©, an AI Native Agentic-AI company focusing on promoting human workflows for ROI and optimal health outcomes. She serves on the editorial board of Nature: npj digital medicine. Kimberly advises health-tech startups and led healthcare operations at 23andMe, when valued at $6B, offering the first ever genomics telehealth service. In academic medicine, as a CMIO, she led digital transformation during the Covid-19 pandemic and worked to launch one of New York’s first Mobile Stroke programs. She is a board certified, actively licensed physician in preventive medicine.
