Katina Sostmann has worked for many years as a service and product designer in both commercial and academic contexts, and she teaches and conducts research at various universities. She is an Associate Partner & Design Principal for Healthcare Experience at IBM Consulting and has been leading the IBM Health Industry Lab in Berlin since 2022.
