Jonas is co-founder and COO of mama health, a Berlin-based health-tech startup on a mission to bring every patient with a chronic disease to peak medicine: the best that today's medicine can offer them in their exact situation. mama health's AI companion gets to know each patient's story and finds them the knowledge and support they need to close that gap. Its real-world evidence platform gives life science companies the patient insights to remove access barriers and build better treatments. Jonas is a medical doctor by training and holds a doctorate in cognitive neuroscience from the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences in Leipzig, with additional background in digital health from the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam. He is a strong advocate for the European startup ecosystem. Jonas believes AI has brought medicine to an inflection point, and that the scale of what is coming remains widely underestimated.
