Joan Miquel is an Investment Analyst at Exceptional Ventures, a London-based pre-seed and seed HealthTech fund. He runs end-to-end evaluation of early-stage startups there and builds the fund's portfolio and LP reporting. Before EV, he was an investment intern at Nina Capital in Barcelona, where he screened 350+ healthtech startups. He has also worked on the startup side: at Microneedle Solutions, a Leeds healthtech startup, he helped the CEO raise a £500k pre-seed round and built the go-to-market strategy.
