Isabelle ZABLIT-SCHMITZ is an international expert and Board Member in Digital Health, with a background spanning public policy, private sector and cross-border health governance bringing expertise from innovation and startups ecosystems up to EU-level coordination, digital health strategy, governance and ethics. She recently served as deputy executive director of Numeum (French national trade organization for digital) and prior to that as Europe & International Director for Digital Health for the French Ministry of Health, where she managed EU, WHO, OECD and bilateral partnerships. She was the French representative in the eHealth Network co-chaired by France and the EU Commission. Her prior career was entirely in the private sector in local and international companies, including starting 2 companies on her own in the Digital Health space. She has extensive experience in governance as board member in various organizations, including Numeum, Institute of Advanced Studies in Science and Technology (IHEST), DIGITALEUROPE, chair of the largest startups programme in France, European projects and social care institutions.
