Founder of Qwelty Digital Health and co-founder and advisor at Newel Health, Gerry lectures at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and the University of Milan–Bicocca, and is a contributing author of “The Role of Technology in the Medical Device Business”, part of the open-access volume Medical Device Management – A Comprehensive Guide to Markets, Marketing, and Regulations (Springer Gabler /Springer Nature, 2025)
He has led digital and advisory projects for AbbVie, BI, BMS, Merck, Novartis, Pfizer, Roche, Sanofi, Takeda, and Medtronic, among others. His collaborative work in Parkinson’s disease with Orion Pharmaceuticals, supported by the Michael J. Fox Foundation, explored novel digital approaches to optimizing levodopa therapy to improve patient outcomes.
