Garima Bhardwaj, is an internationally experienced life sciences leader with a proven track record in business development, strategy, and entrepreneurship across Europe, North America, and Asia. 
She currently heads the Clinical Incubator at the Berlin Institute of Health, driving the translation of advanced regenerative and personalized therapies into clinical impact through strategic partnerships, ecosystem integration, and operational excellence.
Her career spans senior roles at LabCentral, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, and STEMCELL Technologies, where she advanced industry engagement, innovation strategy, and scientific community building in leading global biotech hubs. As founder of a medical device start-up and a former technology commercialization specialist at Partners HealthCare, she combines scientific expertise with a strong business acumen.

Garima holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University, an M.S. in Project Management, and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering.
