Dr. Gandolf Finke is CEO of Synagen GmbH, developing specialized AI agents for oncology to support clinical workflows and decision-making. Previously, he founded Mika Health and launched Mika, Germany’s first Digital Health Application (DiGA) for cancer care. He worked at McKinsey in healthcare across Europe and the United States, earned his PhD from ETH Zurich, and conducted research at MIT. He brings more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and entrepreneurship across Europe and the United States.
