Prior to this, Florent served as SVP, Head of Global Commercial Excellence at Grünenthal, where he redesigned commercial strategy across all markets. He began his career in finance before founding Areks, a consultancy with offices in Paris, New York, and Kobe, later acquired by IQVIA. At AstraZeneca, he held key global and local roles—including four years in Japan as Respiratory/GI Franchise Head, where he led the business to market leadership.
