Emily Jordan, PhD is an investment expert who has worked across the health technology industry for more than a decade. She is currently an Innovation Manager at EIT Health, designing and deploying funding mechanisms to invest in early stage companies in Europe. Previously she has worked in Pharma consulting and in various management roles in early to growth stage startups. After founding an AI oncology company in 2019, she then transitioned to become a health-focused VC and angel investor. She serves as a start-up advisor and mentor to many organizations and accelerators in the ecosystem. Emily holds a BA from Columbia University and a PhD in neuroscience from the University of Cambridge, where she was a Gates Cambridge Scholar.
