Edouard Guillet is a Founding and Managing Partner of IPF Partners, an alternative investment fund manager dedicated exclusively to the healthcare sector. IPF Partners provides bespoke low- to non-dilutive debt financing to commercial-stage digital health, biopharma, and healthcare services companies, as well as late-stage biotechnology businesses. IPF Partners typically deploys tickets of €10–30+ million over three- to six-year maturities. Financing is structured in tranches and tailored to each company’s growth profile and capital requirements. The firm may also invest in convertibles or equity alongside its debt investments. IPF Partners recently closed its third fund above its €200 million target. Edouard brings two decades of experience across healthcare, life sciences and consulting. Prior to founding IPF Partners, he held senior commercial and management positions at Gilead Sciences and Medtronic, following six years at Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MSc from HEC Paris.
