Déborah Aisenberg is Investment Director at 50 Partners, where she leads 50P Health accelerator, the firm's healthtech and medtech vertical. Pharmacist (Pharm.D) specialized in neuroscience, she began her career in research at Inserm, AP-HP, the Collège de France and the Swiss Integrative Center for Human Health. In 2019, she founded Shifters, a digital health program combining AI and neuroscience to improve the sleep of shift workers, which she led for six years. In parallel, she mentored early-stage startups at HEC Paris Startup Launchpad and served as lead professor of the Neuroscience & Cognitive Sciences track at X-HEC Entrepreneurs. She now backs and supports around 15 healthtech and medtech startups from Pre-Seed to Series A.
