Studied medicine in Innsbruck, Austria, and at the Free University (FU) of Berlin, earning his doctorate in Berlin in the field of vascular surgery. In addition to his surgical training at the universities of Ulm and Homburg/Saar, he studied health economics and graduated with an MBA in 2007. Today, he is a specialist in general, visceral, and vascular surgery and owned the venia legendi for Surgery.
Self-employed since 2005, he has been advising renowned industry partners in the field of minimally invasive surgery and robotics for 20 years.
Colin has been working as chief physician at the University Clinic for General and Visceral Surgery / Center for Robotics for 8 years. Innovation and leadership are his constant driving forces.
