Chad Koonce is a senior leader in cell therapy and regenerative medicine. With more than two decades of experience in stem cell research, he leads teams advancing induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) biology, genomic stability, and scalable manufacturing. In his role, Chad collaborates closely with R&D, regulatory, and business development functions to accelerate the development of innovative iPSC-based technologies aimed at addressing unmet medical needs. Over the course of his career, Chad has held progressive scientific and leadership roles spanning academia and industry, including positions at Harvard University, the University of Oxford, and the University of Wisconsin–Madison before joining FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics (known at the time as Cellular Dynamics, Inc.) in 2010.
