Astrid Langeland Siiger is a senior pharmaceutical executive and global commercial leader with over a decade of experience across strategy, operations, corporate affairs, and commercial innovation at Novo Nordisk.
She currently serves as Senior Director, Global Wegovy Marketing, leading the global strategy, launches, and lifecycle management of Wegovy, including the ongoing rollout of Wegovy Pill across key markets.

Through her work with GLP-1 medicines, she has been at the forefront of a health revolution that is transforming how obesity and metabolic health are understood and treated—one that has had a particularly profound impact on women, who are disproportionately affected by obesity and its broader health consequences.

With a background in organizational innovation and strategy from Copenhagen Business School and business administration and anthropology from Aarhus University, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the evolving intersection of GLP-1s, obesity, and women’s health.
