Arrash is an academic paediatrician with over a decade's experience leading large-scale health transformation in both public and private sectors. In the public sphere, he has led national policy, programmes and deployments, including scaling world-first technologies and driving some of healthcare's largest transformation projects. In industry, he has orchestrated world-first SaMD certifications, digital health research across three continents, and digital-first initiatives covering millions of patients worldwide. Arrash's academic interest focuses on evaluation methods for new technology paradigms and how to bridge the gap between evidence, policy and innovation.
