Anne Flint works at the intersection of clinical informatics, digital health strategy, and innovation at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, one of Europe's leading university hospitals. At the Charité BIH ARC Innovation Center, she develops research projects, builds partnerships between academia, healthcare, and industry, and manages programs that bring new ideas into clinical practice. Her research in medical informatics addresses a challenge shared by intensive care units worldwide: alarm overload. By working toward standardized alarm metrics and reporting, she aims to make critical care data comparable across institutions and to create safer, more sustainable working environments for ICU teams and the patients they care for.
