Anna Gräbner leads the Genolier Innovation Hub, a state-of-the-art 25,000 m² platform dedicated to health innovation. Located in the heart of Switzerland’s Health Valley, the Hub brings together medtech, biotech, pharma, digital health and academic stakeholders around a shared goal: turning ideas into real-world solutions for patients. Under her leadership, the GIH has become a dynamic, interdisciplinary and international ecosystem at the crossroads of clinical practice, research and global health challenges. A graduate of the Geneva Hotel Management School, Anna Gräbner has built a unique skillset at the intersection of healthcare, business management, hospitality and innovation. Her career spans sectors as diverse as finance, event planning, logistics and consulting, which she now channels into projects with tangible social impact. She co-founded Eyecap’, a startup developing a connected swimming cap for the visually impaired, reflecting her commitment to inclusive, user-oriented technologies. Driven by the conviction that health innovation cannot wait, she promotes a hands-on, cross-sectoral approach rooted in openness, collaboration and impact. Under her guidance, the GIH acts as a catalyst for both local and global projects.
