Andy Molnar is an accomplished healthcare and digital health leader with extensive experience in complex product launches, global policy, and strategic partnerships. Andy is the former CEO of the Digital Therapeutics Alliance (DTA), leading the alliance into a merger with ATA Action, the advocacy arm of the American Telemedicine Association, integrating teams, initiatives, and boards to create a unique powerhouse in healthcare advocacy. Andy currently serves as Head of Digital Health at ATA Action, where he continues to spearhead global efforts to remove barriers to digital health adoption, influence regulatory and reimbursement pathways, secure CMS coding for digital mental health treatment devices, and introduce favorable U.S. legislation. Andy was appointed to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) Digital Health Advisory Committee in 2024 as the only “industry representative” from an association. Previously, he established strong expertise in commercialization, market access, and reimbursement. At Cognoa, he developed go-to-market strategies, formed high-profile partnerships, and prepared the organization for its commercial launch. At Pear Therapeutics, he built policy frameworks and reimbursement pathways that influenced the industry’s approach to digital therapeutics. Earlier in his career, Andy managed strategic pricing, contracting, rebate operations, and system implementations for top-tier pharmaceutical companies.
