Andreas Kastenbauer is a venture capital investor with a strong focus on Life Sciences and Health Tech. As Partner at MIG Capital, he works closely with founders and leadership teams to accelerate growth, shape strategy, and build resilient organizations. He currently serves among others on the boards of HawkCell and Astra Therapeutics, where he supports scientific founders in transforming breakthrough research into scalable businesses with real-world impact. Before joining MIG in 2022, Andreas built a broad background as a management consultant, C-level executive, and entrepreneur, giving him hands-on experience in scaling organizations and driving strategic transformation. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from Syracuse University and an MBA from Bocconi University.
