Amy FitzPatrick is the Founder and CEO of DecipHER Women, a mission-driven FemTech startup leveraging AI, systems biology, and at-home hormone testing to predict and prevent hormone-linked conditions across women's lifecourse - from PMS and peripartum depression to autoimmune diseases - starting with transforming maternal mental health for healthier family starts. Her clinical expertise includes founding an integrative medicine practice specializing in autoimmune, stress-related, and gynecological disorders, inpatient acupuncture at Mount Sinai, in NYC, and trial design. Her research spans neurobiology at Columbia and CUNY and immunology at Cornell, complemented by a Master's in Traditional Chinese Medicine and dual Bachelor's in Neurobiology and Psychology from Columbia. Recently she has published in AI implementation, immunology and endrocrinology.
