Allison Bajet is co-founder and CEO of SPARK Microgravity, a Munich-based space-biotechnology company building autonomous laboratories for cancer research in space. Under Allison’s leadership, SPARK successfully completed its first microgravity mission with 3D breast-cancer models in May 2026 and is now developing higher-throughput orbital platforms for longer-duration oncology and pharmaceutical research. Her vision is to make space-based research accessible to scientists and pharmaceutical companies, accelerating cancer research and our understanding of cancer biology, evaluating therapeutic responses , and helping pharmaceutical companies identify promising or weak treatments earlier.
