Dr. Alessio Morley-Fletcher is a pediatric hospitalist at Boston Children’s Hospital, where he co-chairs the Department of Pediatrics’ Effective AI Committee. Within the Boston Children’s Hospital Network, he directs Pediatric Simulation and co-leads physician wellness initiatives. He is Lead for Human-Centered AI at the Health Systems Innovation Lab and faculty for the Harvard Chan Advanced Learning Academy. In 2025, he led the winning team of the Harvard Global Hackathon on Building High-Value Health Systems and then founded AngeliXon to advance patient and care team engagement through human-centered AI. He has also served as a guest lecturer in pediatrics and simulation for the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Medical Services and is a graduate of MIT Sloan’s Executive Program in AI in Health Care. His work sits at the intersection of clinical medicine, AI implementation, simulation, and human-centered systems design.
