Dr. Alessio Morley-Fletcher is a pediatric hospitalist and urgent care attending physician at Boston Children’s Hospital, where he serves as Co-Chair of the Department of Pediatrics’ Effective AI Committee—driving the translation of frontline clinical needs into responsible, practical AI solutions. He also directs Pediatric Simulation at South Shore Hospital and co-leads physician wellness initiatives across the Boston Children’s Hospital Network. Dr. Morley-Fletcher is the Founder & CEO of Angelica AI, winner of the 2025 Global Hackathon on “Building High-Value Health Systems: Leveraging AI,” hosted by Harvard’s Health Systems Innovation Lab and spanning 18 countries and 19 hubs. He is a graduate of MIT Sloan’s Executive Program in AI in Health Care and Harvard Business School’s Value-Based Health Care Delivery course, and formerly served as a guest lecturer in pediatrics for the U.S. Department of State’s MED Bureau. His work centers on redesigning the hospital experience through a human-centered, systems-based approach—unlocking the power of healthcare’s most underutilized resource: the patient.
