Next generation health modalities are moving beyond experimentation and toward real world scale. From continuous sensing and neuromodulation to drug–software combinations and digitally enabled therapeutics, innovation is increasingly defined by execution, evidence, and accessibility rather than novelty alone. AI, automation, and advanced sensing technologies are becoming embedded into daily life, enabling intervention models that improve outcomes while addressing equity and access at scale. Success now depends on patient driven design, evidence generation at scale, and integration into existing health systems, with emerging modalities required to demonstrate clinical value, operational feasibility, and system level fit to achieve adoption.
