We want to make participation as accessible as possible. We provide meals (breakfast and lunch) during your shifts, and we can cover transport costs.
Yes, absolutely! When you are off-shift, you have full access to attend sessions, explore the venue, and experience Frontiers Health as a participant. You will also receive an official certificate of participation.
Volunteers are asked to choose one shift per day (either Morning or Afternoon). To ensure a smooth experience, we host a brief virtual onboarding session (30–45 minutes) the week before the event.
We match roles based on your background, skills, and preferences (such as tech-savvy A/V support, registration, room flow, or on-site coordination). For experienced contributors, lead volunteer positions with additional responsibilities and perks are also available.
